CAVU Aircraft Detailing (“CAVU,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides SMS text message notifications to employees and customers. By opting in to receive messages from CAVU, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

CAVU sends two types of SMS messages:

A. Employee Notifications

Employees may receive:

  • Job assignment alerts

  • Job start confirmations

  • Daily job completion confirmations

  • Multi‑day job updates

  • Schedule changes

  • Operational or safety‑related notifications

These messages are transactional and related to employment duties.

B. Customer Notifications

Customers may receive:

  • A final‑day job completion message

  • A link to job photos (when applicable)

  • Service confirmation details

Customers will only receive a message when their aircraft service is fully completed.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on:

  • Employee job assignments

  • Customer service activity

Employees may receive multiple messages per job day. Customers receive one completion message per service.

3. Opt‑In Consent

Employees

Employees opt in by:

  • Creating an account in the CAVU Scheduler app

  • Providing their mobile number

  • Accepting employment communications

Customers

Customers opt in by:

  • Providing their mobile number during service scheduling

  • Requesting service via phone, email, or online form

  • Agreeing to receive service‑related updates

No promotional or marketing messages are sent.

4. Opt‑Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications.

6. Message & Data Rates

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

8. Carrier Liability
